The geese have come

back and....wait.... is that a Robin I see in my yard??? Spring has sprung.

Monday March 4th, I posted some pictures of snow and our melting snowman.

Today is March 23rd. What a difference 19 days makes.

The other day my daughter and I were sitting on the ice and I caught her staring off into the distance. When she noticed that I was looking at her she gave me her beautiful smile and pointed off to the horizon. She never said a word. I saw that she was watching the sunset. I realized that I have installed into my children to notice the little things in everyday life that are truly beautiful. The simple things. I don't know what was more beautiful that evening... the sunset or my daughter watching it. I wish I had my camera to capture it but I will share with you some sunsets that I have found.

My first born Daughter

Bailey turned seven years old on New Years Day this year. That means she is getting half way through her life span. This makes me sad.

Winter Days
